Add this covertec module to your saber to attach it to a belt clip.

This aluminium module comes in 4 colors and is compatible with the VHC system, which is a standardized thread size for many of our Dueling sabers.

A wheel is included with the module, in the same color. The module attaches at the bottom of your hilt, between the grip and the pommel. Always check that the grip/handle part of your hilt is not thicker than the pommel or else the wheel of the covertec module will not be able to sit straight.

    Shipping

    Expect your order to arrive in around 3 weeks. If you've ordered from the US warehouse to a US location then ETA is 1 week.

    Also note there are peak periods, customs check, shipping delays etc that may impact your ETA in an unforseen manner.

    For an urgent order with a tight deadline we can't guarantee anything, if you wish to be sure, ask us in the chat if we know of current slowdowns in the manufacturing or shipping of our products.

    Some functions of Xeno3 cannot work with baselit blades as they are made for neopixel.

    Shipping

    🌍🇺🇸 Worldwide : 20-25 days production & shipping for all orders :

    Built on demand and shipped from the factory in China. This includes order processing time. We serve everyone from there, (European Union included as of January 23rd 2024).

    🇺🇸 USA Ready to Ship : 5-7 days fast delivery from in-house inventory

    During the course of May 2024 our US warehouse in New Jersey will host inventory again. A selection of best selling items is available there for fast delivery in the USA only. You can find these items in the Ready to Ship collection. Only certain versions of each item are available from the US Warehouse :

    • RTS characters sabers and custom designs : PREMIUM version with 92cm blade
    • RTS dueling sabers : STANDARD version with 72cm blade
    • RTS accessories : universal baselit adapter, black belt clip and black covertec wheel

    Any item or version not available as RTS will be built and shipped from factory as described above.

    🇪🇺 European Union  :

    UPDATE : the local inventory is no longer available, all orders are fulfilled as detailed above, from factory, made on order. Taxes will not be paid at checkout but may be called upon delivery by FedEx (or any other carrier serving you).

    From time to time a special category of items may be available on the homepage where you'll find some local inventory available for quick shipping. These will be labelled on the product images "FAST SHIPPING" and only those special items may be eligible for 1 week delivery.

     

    Our building and shipping process

    🌎 The entire catalogue is built on order at the Nexus factory in China and shipped with a tracking number so you can follow its course. Production can take 2 weeks and as our shipping partners work with customs at departure, it can take a few additional days before you get your tracking number or see movement on said tracking number. Overall you should expect to receive your saber within 20-25 days.

    Depending on production hogs and the occasional shipment holdup, this timeframe can vary a little bit (December for instance ... might get busy)

    Delivery to PO Boxes is impossible. Please specify a house/office address.

     

    Shipping cost

    Starts at 10$ for accessories, 15$ for lightsabers. 

    The shipping cost varies on your location and the weight of your order. To estimate the shipping cost simply go to the cart and use our estimate tool.

     

    Taxes and customs

    🌎 All countries : Taxes and customs fees are not paid during checkout, they may be due upon package delivery. Same for the European Union as of Jan 23rd 2024.

     

    14 days return policies

    🇪🇺 We apply the 14 days cooling off return policy for deliveries made in the European Union.

    🌎 For all international orders we also offer a 14-day return policy.

    Returns of damaged items

    If you encounter any issue with the products, take pictures (as detailed as you can) and videos and send them over to us. We will quickly provide assistance and replace the damaged parts. You may not necessarily need to return the product depending on the issue as it is important for us to make this process as painless as possible.

    Upon receiving your lightsaber be sure to IMMEDIATELY check it out thoroughly. The electronics are covered by a 1 year warranty but the dueling usage of the sabers make it impossible to provide warranty for a defect of the blade after your start using it. So be sure to check the quality of all the elements when you receive them. 

    Safety instructions MUST be read before operating your lightsaber.
