Refund policy
We offer 14 days return policy for all deliveries.
All orders are eligible for a 14 days return policy. EU customers have the 14 days cooling-off period and we extend this to all our customers over the world, to return part or all of your order. No questions asked. Your items on order are refunded.
Note that the initial shipping cost will not be reimbursed for non-EU customers. Sending the products back to us (to our HQ in France) is at your charge. We request that you use a tracking service with signed delivery or else we cannot guarantee the proper reception of your package. Contact us via the website's chat before proceeding to sending anything back as this should be sent to a specific address and not back to the factory or any warehouse it might have come from.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and/or protection films still on it. Contact us on the website's chat and we'll send you the return address and information needed. You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee. After careful evaluation of your package and contents we will reimburse your order. Depending on your bank and time of the month your payment may take a few days to appear.

Duties and taxes on returns
If you're returning a product to us that you have paid taxes and duties for, you may be eligible for a relief of those taxes. Please refer to your countries rules and administration to apply for it. When shipping the item back to us you'll have to fill in the appropriate customs declaration to the transport company you chose. A copy of this document may then be requested by your administration to refund you your taxes. We are not able to help you fill in those forms.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and write down the damages with the delivery person, then contact us (via the website's support chat) immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Also contact us quickly if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you wait too long we may not be able to attribute the defects to the factory or delivery but to a wrong usage on your part. This is mostly important if someone receives it in your absence or if you plan to keep your package stored before offering it to someone. After a fair amount of time of a few days it's harder to evaluate where the damage comes from.
If you encounter any issue with the products, take pictures (as detailed as you can) and videos and send them over to us. We will quickly provide assistance and replace the damaged parts. You may not necessarily need to return the product depending on the issue as it is important for us to make this process as painless as possible. Returning a defective item for repair can be extremely long and more costly than to send a new part for replacement, which is our preference.
The electronics are covered by a 1 year warranty but the dueling usage of the sabers make it impossible to provide warranty for a defect of the blade or the hilt occurring later in the life of the element . So be sure to check the quality of all the elements when you receive them.
Cancellation policy
It is important you understand our conditions before ordering as all authorized cancellations will be subject to a 7% cancellation fee that covers the payments processing fees, currency change fees and supplier payments fees that were paid by us and are not refunded to us.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet made it to the production line, usually it is within the first 48 hours.
After that time we could technically still cancel your order under certain conditions : we need to check if your order can be re-allocated immediately to another customer, if it's not too late. This causes a rupture in production work and if made possible will incur an additional 3% fee deducted from your refund.
If we have no current orders for your particular product(s) or if it has already made it to shipping we will not proceed to the order cancellation. You will have to go through the order refund process once your receive it. Do not refuse the delivery as this would lead to the item(s) being shipped back to the factory and will cause very heavy fees deducted from your refund. It's always best to contact us (via the website's chat) and ask for our address where to ship it back.
Gift cards
Gift card are non refundable and expire after 12 months.
