Shipping

🌍🇺🇸 All destinations: 15-20 days production & shipping for all orders :

Built on demand and shipped from the factory in China. This includes order processing time. We serve everyone from there. Can extend to about 25 days for some orders but 75% of orders are delivered within 10 to 20 days.

🇺🇸 USA Ready to Ship: 6-9 days fast delivery from in-house inventory

A selection of best selling items is available in our domestic US warehouse for fast delivery to US residents only. You can find these items in the Ready to Ship collection.

If you're ordering multiple items and one of them is NOT in our US warehouse, the FULL order will be fulfilled from factory. If you wish to order RTS items and made-on-order items, please make separate orders.

⚠️ Peak periods

Some sale events require more time for us, factory and warehouse workers to manage. These periods are: May, Black Friday and December. For made-at-factory items, please allow for up to 5 additional days. For domestic shipping, please allow for 2 more days.

 

 

Taxes and customs

🇪🇺🇬🇧🇺🇸 European Union, UK and USA : Taxes and duties are included. In EU and UK, starting in May 2026, the price of the product is raised to include taxes, for USA the import cost is reflected in the cost of shipping.

🌎 All other destinations: Taxes and customs fees are not paid during checkout, they may be due upon package delivery.

 

 

Our building and shipping process

🌎 The entire catalogue is built on order at the Nexus factory in China and shipped with a tracking number so you can follow its course. Production can take 2 weeks and as our shipping partners work with customs at departure, it can take a few additional days before you get your tracking number or see movement on said tracking number. Overall you should expect to receive your saber within 15-20 days.

Depending on production hogs and the occasional shipment holdup, this timeframe can vary a little bit (November and December for instance ... might get busy)

Delivery to PO Boxes is impossible. Please specify a house/office address.

 

 

Shipping cost

Starts at 10$ for accessories, 15$ for lightsabers. 

The shipping cost varies on your location and the weight of your order. To estimate the shipping cost simply go to the cart and use our estimate tool.

 

 

14 days return policies

🇪🇺 We apply the 14 days cooling off return policy for deliveries made in the European Union.

🌎 For all international orders we also offer a 14-day return policy.

Returns of damaged items

If you encounter any issue with the products, take pictures (as detailed as you can) and videos and send them over to us. We will quickly provide assistance and replace the damaged parts. You may not necessarily need to return the product depending on the issue as it is important for us to make this process as painless as possible.

Upon receiving your lightsaber be sure to IMMEDIATELY check it out thoroughly. The electronics are covered by the warranty but the dueling usage of the sabers make it impossible to provide warranty for a defect of the blade after your start using it. So be sure to check the quality of all the elements when you receive them. 

Safety instructions MUST be read before operating your lightsaber.

 

 

Undelivered package - Forced return

In the unlikely event that the delivery company cannot properly find your address or if you were to refuse the delivery, your order would be sent back. In which case we will be charged for a return fee and a restock fee that would automatically be deducted from your reimbursement.

These fees can sometimes amount to the full price of your original order, so make sure to follow your package via the tracking number on your account and contact us if there's any doubt or problem with the delivery. We will sort it out before it's too late.
