INFO: Delayed customer support
In the first days of April 2026 you may experience some delayed replies from me on the support chat and on your current tickets.
We are welcoming a youngling to the family (and potential heir to The Saber Factory Empire ^^) and it may take me a bit away from the screens for the first few days. I'll try to check in at least once every day but some tickets may see me reply within 48h.

I respond daily during weekdays between 10am and 6pm, Paris time. You're always asked to leave your email address so I can link the conversation to your orders and also to reply via email. You can then respond to the email chain to continue the conversation.
IMPORTANT: I always reply, so check your spams or change your address email if you don't hear back after 48h. Our support emails tend to go to spams with a lot of people, mostly Microsoft emails (outlook, live, hotmail...).
Customer support is the cornerstone of our business, I do reply to any question before and after purchase to the best of my ability, provide all necessary solutions, replacements, repairs, and even after warranty period has run out you can always find help and guidance with me.
