Built on demand and shipped from the factory in China. This includes order processing time. We serve everyone from there, (European Union included as of January 23rd 2024).
🇪🇺 European Union :
UPDATE : the local inventory is no longer available, all orders are fulfilled as detailed above, from factory, made on order. Taxes will not be paid at checkout but may be called upon delivery by FedEx (or any other carrier serving you).
From time to time a special category of items may be available on the homepage where you'll find some local inventory available for quick shipping. These will be labelled on the product images "FAST SHIPPING" and only those special items may be eligible for 1 week delivery.
🇺🇸 USA local inventory : After some logistics issues we are working again to bring the best sellers of our catalog to our New Jersey warehouse so you can order a limited selection of those best selling sabers with a 1 week lead time. We don't expect restock there until April/May. In the meantime 100% of orders are served by the factory.
🧧NATIONAL HOLIDAY CUTOFF : factory shutdown happened between Jan. 22nd and Feb. 16th. All orders made during this time will enter production on the 16th. All orders made after Feb. 16th may require a few additional days due to the backlog of orders. During this holiday time and until Feb 22nd we are automatically applying 10% off all products in your cart as a compensation.
Our building and shipping process
🌎 The entire catalogue is built on order at the Nexus factory in China and shipped with a tracking number so you can follow its course. Production can take 2 weeks and as our shipping partners work with customs at departure, it can take a few additional days before you get your tracking number or see movement on said tracking number. Overall you should expect to receive your saber within 20-25 days.
Depending on production hogs and the occasional shipment holdup, this timeframe can vary a little bit (December for instance ... might get busy)

Delivery to PO Boxes is impossible. Please specify a house/office address.

Taxes and customs
🌎 All countries : Taxes and customs fees are not paid during checkout, they may be due upon package delivery. Same for the European Union as of Jan 23rd 2024.
14 days return policies
🇪🇺 We apply the 14 days cooling off return policy for deliveries made in the European Union.
🌎 For all international orders we also offer a 14-day return policy.

Returns of damaged items
If you encounter any issue with the products, take pictures (as detailed as you can) and videos and send them over to us. We will quickly provide assistance and replace the damaged parts. You may not necessarily need to return the product depending on the issue as it is important for us to make this process as painless as possible.
Upon receiving your lightsaber be sure to IMMEDIATELY check it out thoroughly. The electronics are covered by a 1 year warranty but the dueling usage of the sabers make it impossible to provide warranty for a defect of the blade after your start using it. So be sure to check the quality of all the elements when you receive them.
Safety instructions MUST be read before operating your lightsaber.
Undelivered package - Forced return
In the unlikely event that the delivery company cannot properly find your address or if you were to refuse the delivery, your order would be sent back. In which case we will be charged for a return fee and a restock fee that would automatically be deducted from your reimbursement.
These fees can sometimes amount to the full price of your original order, so make sure to follow your package via the tracking number on your account and contact us if there's any doubt or problem with the delivery. We will sort it out before it's too late.
