This battery charger comes as standard with all sabers that do not have a charging port. But if you need one just in case or for a replacement here it is :

This charger recharges 14500, 18650 and 21700 batteries. These are the only models you will find in our sabers and in our accessory range. 

Reverse polarity protection, overload and over-discharge system. USB-A powered.

    If you have any questions about our products feel free to reach out to us through the chat, we speak english and french.

    Shipping

    Expect your order to arrive in around 3 weeks. If you've ordered from the US warehouse to a US location then ETA is 1 week.

    Also note there are peak periods, customs check, shipping delays etc that may impact your ETA in an unforseen manner.

    For an urgent order with a tight deadline we can't guarantee anything, if you wish to be sure, ask us in the chat if we know of current slowdowns in the manufacturing or shipping of our products.

    In baselit you get the amazing functionalities of Xeno3 but with a baselit blade that's lightweight and super strong, made for heavy dueling.

    Some functions of Xeno3 cannot work with baselit blades as they are made for neopixel.

    Shipping

    🇪🇺 2-5 days shipping time in the European Union  :

    Starting September 8th, through our European dedicated website you'll find only in-stock items with 1 week delivery. Please allow ~2 days for order processing and 2 to 5 working days for your delivery.

    🌍 20-25 days production + shipping for all orders outside the EU  :

    Built on demand and shipped from the factory in China. This includes order processing time.

    🇺🇸 SOON : USA Domestic shipping for SELECT ITEMS ONLY  :

    Our US stock will be back next year, for now everything for the US ships from the factory as detailed above.

     

    Our building and shipping process

    🇪🇺 In the European Union we now ship only in-stock items, available immediately.

    🌎 For other destinations, the entire catalogue is built on order at the Nexus factory in China and shipped with a tracking number so you can follow its course. Production can take 2 weeks and as our shipping partners work with customs at departure, it can take a few additional days before you get your tracking number or see movement on said tracking number. Overall you should expect to receive your saber within 20-25 days.

    Depending on production hogs and the occasional shipment holdup, this timeframe can vary a little bit (December for instance ... might get busy)

    Delivery to PO Boxes is impossible. Please specify a house/office address.

     

    Shipping cost

    Starts at 10$ for accessories, 15$ for lightsabers. 

    The shipping cost varies on your location and the weight of your order. To estimate the shipping cost simply go to the cart and use our estimate tool.

     

    Taxes and customs

    🇪🇺 All EU orders are inclusive of taxes and there are no customs duties on delivery.

    🌎 Outside the EU : Taxes and customs fees are due by you upon package arrival. 

     

    14 days return policies

    🇪🇺 We apply the 14 days cooling off return policy for deliveries made in the European Union.

    🌎 For all international orders we also offer a 14-day return policy.

    Returns of damaged items

    If you encounter any issue with the products, take pictures (as detailed as you can) and videos and send them over to us. We will quickly provide assistance and replace the damaged parts. You may not necessarily need to return the product depending on the issue as it is important for us to make this process as painless as possible.

    Upon receiving your lightsaber be sure to IMMEDIATELY check it out thoroughly. The electronics are covered by a 1 year warranty but the dueling usage of the sabers make it impossible to provide warranty for a defect of the blade after your start using it. So be sure to check the quality of all the elements when you receive them. 

    Safety instructions MUST be read before operating your lightsaber.
